Our goods are in most cases shipped the day of your order, with a delivery the following working day. They are shipped by Swiss Post in A-mail and delivered without signature. In some cases, we can be required to deliver our items against signature. The expenses resulting from this are the responsibility of the customer. A shipment with a surcharge is never made before the customer has been informed and has accepted it.
The prices of our items include delivery and packaging costs. Your item is shipped at your own risk.
